How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
We offer free standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses on orders over a certain value. Delivery times vary by item, but most in-stock furniture is delivered within 5-10 working days. You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes, all Roseland Furniture products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our solid wood and upholstered pieces, ensuring they are built to last.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the furniture is in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Does the furniture arrive fully assembled?
Many of our ranges, such as our sideboards and chests of drawers, arrive fully assembled for your convenience. However, larger items like beds and wardrobes may require some simple home assembly. Product assembly details are listed on each individual product page.

Can I request wood samples before purchasing?
